Ordered fire blankets in November Ordered fire blankets in November. Did not see confirmation email, but deducted from my credit card. Now we are @ 12/27/23, still no product or update. Very disappointed in customer service. Tried sending email on their site, but again no confirmation that email was sent or received. Considering contacting CC company to contest payment. Sounds like a good product, but customer service leaves much to be desired. Thanks!

I had an issue with my order I had an issue with my order. It was resolved promptly. I had a question concerning the issue and it was explained promptly.
