USOrdered fire blankets in November Ordered fire blankets in November. Did not see confirmation email, but deducted from my credit card. Now we are @ 12/27/23, still no product or update. Very disappointed in customer service. Tried sending email on their site, but again no confirmation that email was sent or received. Considering contacting CC company to contest payment. Sounds like a good product, but customer service leaves much to be desired. Thanks!

USTHIS IS A SCAM-NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM-PHONE NUMBER FOR VENDOR DISCONNECTED Ordered four blankets on Nov 24th, website said all orders prior to Dec 15th would ship for Christmas. Still no action, tracking doesn't show anything. Phone number is disconnected. I have contacted American Express to dispute the charge/cancel as I have not received the item, nor has it even shipped. Also contacted the National While Collar Crime Center to report this as an internet scam and the BBB as well. This is clearly a scam; they have a flashy website and send daily emails but there is no product being made or delivered.

Multiple attempts tp call end up going off to never-never land. Worst customer service ever. Ordered 6 blankets and since confirmation email there has been no communication. Send the product or cancel the order and credit my card.

USStay away from this company’s enticing ads DO NOT ORDER! It is more like ripped off consumer than prepared hero. No confirmation email. Not answering phones and after last post and them asking me to email support there still has been no response. Disputing charge with rhe credit card company. It is great that you have had unprecedented order volume and are adding staff but they will all be out of jobs quickly if you can not handle customer service! I might be more understand if anyone actually responded to calls and email.
