I contacted them to let them know what I had done and they corrected the issue right away and they are re-shipping my package out free of charge. Great experience! :) Ordered a candle and realized that i never received a confirmation email. After contacting the owner, we found out that I can't type correctly and entered a number wrong in my email address when I ordered. He was super helpful and kind.
