Like literally within 24 hrs I received a response with a link to the tracking info and an offer to refund if I hadn’t received the package! GBI ordered from the candle guy last week… I ordered from the candle guy last week and I put my email address where the address goes. I contacted them to let them know what I had done and they corrected the issue right away and they are re-shipping my package out free of charge. GBGreat experience! :) Ordered a candle and realized that i never received a confirmation email. After contacting the owner, we found out that I can't type correctly and entered a number wrong in my email address when I ordered. He was super helpful and kind. Great products and even better customer service!
