Like literally within 24 hrs I received a response with a link to the tracking info and an offer to refund if I hadn’t received the package! Great experience! :) Ordered a candle and realized that i never received a confirmation email. After contacting the owner, we found out that I can't type correctly and entered a number wrong in my email address when I ordered. He was super helpful and kind.
