Problem Resolved. UPDATE: company called me back. Helpful, polite, and apologetic. The mechanical issue was resolved. I'm delighted and happy with the result. The light is now stable and works beautifully. I recommend this product. First Review: Ordered the three foot light. The hardware that attaches the light to the arm is flimsy. Cannot tighten the ball joint; it continues to swivel. The light will not maintain a level position. Called the company, immediately. Friendly response, "They will get back to me." To date, I haven't heard back. Disappointed that this high-end fixture has such poor mechanics. I expect more in this price range.

Phenomenal light Phenomenal light. Attaches easily and firmly to my studio Best easel’s main mast. Perfect for all types of mediums and is easy on the eyes for long sessions (>6hr). The dimming feature is handy when doing a low light study without creating gross color distortion. For an artist with a penchant for optical physics, this is well worth the investment. I also work in watercolor and would love to see Revelite create a version of this on a c-arm that I can extend over my tilting drafting table.

We selected the light due to the design and lighting spectrum We selected the light due to the slimmer design of the light head, ability to light longer art work and the smaller dimmer switch as compared to other brands. Although expensive it provided the design (light fixture & LED spectrum), and size of what we wanted for our nice art work so we have no buyers remorse. We don't own any other art lights so I'm unable to compare the lighting ability to any other but our painting looks wonderful under it. Thank you!

What a difference! Beautiful The company is amazing from their beautifully made products to their customer service. We purchased a large art light and while expensive it's worth every penny! Our painting has never looked more beautiful.

I’ve purchased these lights on at least… I’ve purchased these lights on at least four different occasions. If you measure correctly the light fills the frame with little spillover and produces a fantastic beam. What I don’t understand is why they don’t have a flat plug instead of the normal straight plugin. You will need to purchase a small extension cord with a flat plug or the included plug sticks into the back of your artwork.
