GBThis place was awesome This place was awesome. I love their virtual store room, and they have a great selection - even remainder stuff that isn’t made anymore. Above everything else was the fantastic customer service. Anthony Scotto was the best. Quickly responded to emails and fixture was shipped within a day (actually arrived 3 days sooner than estimated!). I can’t promise you my level of satisfaction, but these people know their products and know good customer service. Highly recommend!

GBWas confused about my lighting choices… Was confused about my lighting choices I needed for my Florida condo I went to we go lights and dealt with a lighting specialist named Anthony Scotto not only was Anthony pleasant patient and curtious he was so helpful snd my my choosing my fixtures so easy with his expertise …..along with all that the showroom was impeccable !!!!! Definitely would recommend Anthony and the We got lights team!!

GBFantastic customer service Fantastic customer service! The team at Wetgotlies responded very quickly to my email regarding my recently delivered product and helped me resolve the issue right away. They contacted me directly via phone and then called me back to let me know that a replacement product was on it's way! Thanks Nicole and everyone at Wegotlites! GBWeGotRIGHTS! WeGotLights' customer service people are great--friendly and helpful. The problem was a return past the "Return Policy" date. Then it was WeGotRIGHTS! I wanted to return a chandelier that was essential flawed in its design. The light's arms were so spindally they couldn't hold the light up straight continuously. They would literally wobble when anyone walked on the floor above, if someone walked by it and was heavy footed, or shut the front door hard--you get the picture--and would tilt or tip a bit out of alignment. After pushing back a bit (nicely), the WeGotLights customer service supervisor gave me a store credit less a hefty restocking fee. However, given the design flaw, which I explained to them, I think they should have given me a full store credit.
