This is an epic company with an epic staff!!!! Years ago I ordered a chandelier, sconces and other lights for my new home from Wegotlites. They arrived perfectly and were everything and more than I could have imagined. Now some ten years later I am in a different home but wanting a way to bring back some of the special memories of the time my 91 year old mother shared sitting looking at the reflections on the walls, the ceilings and in the windows that the incredible Branch of Light chandeliers lights created. I called the company and spoke with Anthony. He was incredibly friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful beyond measure. He was able to locate the last Branch of Light chandelier in stock and made certain it was perfect before shipping. I cannot say enough good things about Anthony and Wegolites!!! I would give them 10 stars if that were possible!!!

This place was awesome This place was awesome. I love their virtual store room, and they have a great selection - even remainder stuff that isn’t made anymore. Above everything else was the fantastic customer service. Anthony Scotto was the best. Quickly responded to emails and fixture was shipped within a day (actually arrived 3 days sooner than estimated!). I can’t promise you my level of satisfaction, but these people know their products and know good customer service. Highly recommend!

Joey gives A+ Customer Service!! I recently ordered some lighting through Amazon Marketplace from We Got Lites, and run into some problems. I wrote an email to We Got Lites, and I had an immediate response. Joey (Joseph Mahon) was very helpful, provided excellent customer service and arranged to have a new shade.
