We just loved all of the lights and fans we bought! We had a terrific experience. The sales person we dealt with was knowledgeable and customer oriented. We had an issue with one of the fans we bought and it was rectified expediously and with no hassle. I would highly recommend shopping there and would do so if I need any other lights.

WeGotRIGHTS! WeGotLights' customer service people are great--friendly and helpful. The problem was a return past the "Return Policy" date. Then it was WeGotRIGHTS! I wanted to return a chandelier that was essential flawed in its design. The light's arms were so spindally they couldn't hold the light up straight continuously. They would literally wobble when anyone walked on the floor above, if someone walked by it and was heavy footed, or shut the front door hard--you get the picture--and would tilt or tip a bit out of alignment. After pushing back a bit (nicely), the WeGotLights customer service supervisor gave me a store credit less a hefty restocking fee. However, given the design flaw, which I explained to them, I think they should have given me a full store credit.

Beautiful addition to my home The lamps I ordered and received were first class...........beautiful and unlike any others I've seen. I am using them as bedside table lamps and have received many compliments on them. Shades are fabric, well-made, and excellent quality. I couldn't ask for better lamps from anywhere. Highly recommend this company and their products. Lamps were packed well, no damage, and delivered promptly. Thank you!
