Customer Satisfaction Stands Out for Me This is my second experience with WeGotLites. Both times customer service has been excellent. They kept me updated on my order from the point of sale to my delivery. Follow up on customer satisfaction is a rarity these days but Nicole made sure everything was taken care of and this stood out to me. I will definitely do business with WeGotLites in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.

Fantastic customer service Fantastic customer service! The team at Wetgotlies responded very quickly to my email regarding my recently delivered product and helped me resolve the issue right away. They contacted me directly via phone and then called me back to let me know that a replacement product was on it's way! Thanks Nicole and everyone at Wegotlites! Joey gives A+ Customer Service!! I recently ordered some lighting through Amazon Marketplace from We Got Lites, and run into some problems. I wrote an email to We Got Lites, and I had an immediate response. Joey (Joseph Mahon) was very helpful, provided excellent customer service and arranged to have a new shade. Highly recommend using We Got Lites, they stand behind their products. Outstanding!

The place is great! I was very impressed with their amazing showroom and I have never saw anything quite like it. There are some beautiful chandeliers hanged in the middle of it and the rather large selection of different lights. Everything is beautifully displayed and I ended up buying 2 small table lamps for my bedroom. A great showroom, great customer service, this is a place worth a visit, even if you don't intend to buy anything!

WeGotRIGHTS! WeGotLights' customer service people are great--friendly and helpful. The problem was a return past the "Return Policy" date. Then it was WeGotRIGHTS! I wanted to return a chandelier that was essential flawed in its design. The light's arms were so spindally they couldn't hold the light up straight continuously. They would literally wobble when anyone walked on the floor above, if someone walked by it and was heavy footed, or shut the front door hard--you get the picture--and would tilt or tip a bit out of alignment. After pushing back a bit (nicely), the WeGotLights customer service supervisor gave me a store credit less a hefty restocking fee. However, given the design flaw, which I explained to them, I think they should have given me a full store credit.
