Only improvement that could be made for internet orders would be a confirmation that a ptoduct is in stock before finalizing order to give you an option of finding it elsewhere. With the specialized nature of some items you hate to order something twice that you may take forever to use. Other than this, great firm to deal with.

GBEnticed an order from me with an email… Enticed an order from me with an email touting "10% OFF YOUR NEXT ORDER". Then in a few days, I put together an order only to read in the fine print that order must be placed within 12 hours to receive the discount. Frustrating indeed.

GBMy first order was only for a dozen… My first order was only for a dozen acorn nuts. The Chrome is show quality and the tooling excellent. Order was processed and shipped quickly. The concern for quality and customer satisfaction gets a top rating from me.

GBOrdered a bunch of U bolts in January… Ordered a bunch of U bolts in January for a project that I did not get to until recently. I discovered that the order was shipped with only half the nuts ordered. I figured it was too late to mention so I just ordered them anyway. Left a note on my new order referencing the old order number and what had happened. They made it right and are sending me the missing bolts for free. Love this company and their customer service

GBQuick, Accurate and Cheap Placed couple of orders to The Nutty Company. All orders arrived promptly and the content of the packages were as ordered. Their prices are very competitive (surely beats The Home Depot by far). The shipping fees were reasonable. I shall certainly shop again at their only store for my next order of nuts and bolts.
