Ordered a bunch of U bolts in January… Ordered a bunch of U bolts in January for a project that I did not get to until recently. I discovered that the order was shipped with only half the nuts ordered. I figured it was too late to mention so I just ordered them anyway. Left a note on my new order referencing the old order number and what had happened. They made it right and are sending me the missing bolts for free. Love this company and their customer service

As you checked to see that you did not have any order from me nor did you receive any voicemails from me. I mistakenly emailed your complaint line but called their phone number.
