GBThey have a good selection of brass parts They have a good selection of parts, particularly brass, which is not that easy to find. I just wish I didn't have to order $100 to get free shipping, as the $8 shipping on orders below that amount is a little onerous when you only need to buy a 20-pack of brass screws!!! I end up holding off on buying things until I can hit the $100 order size.

GBOrdered a bunch of U bolts in January… Ordered a bunch of U bolts in January for a project that I did not get to until recently. I discovered that the order was shipped with only half the nuts ordered. I figured it was too late to mention so I just ordered them anyway. Left a note on my new order referencing the old order number and what had happened. They made it right and are sending me the missing bolts for free. Love this company and their customer service

GBQuick, Accurate and Cheap Placed couple of orders to The Nutty Company. All orders arrived promptly and the content of the packages were as ordered. Their prices are very competitive (surely beats The Home Depot by far). The shipping fees were reasonable. I shall certainly shop again at their only store for my next order of nuts and bolts.

GBOverall A Good Experience Overall A Good Experience Everything I ordered (nuts, bolts, and washers) arrived pretty much as expected, with the only problem being my order of 64 washers was 3 short. However, I estimate that I saved about 50% over what I would have paid at Home Depot or Lowe's, even including paying shipping.

Your response was quick and totally addressed. As you checked to see that you did not have any order from me nor did you receive any voicemails from me. I mistakenly emailed your complaint line but called their phone number. Hopefully they will respond as quickly as you did. Thank you very much. And when I am looking to shop for some nuts and bolts, I'll know exactly where to order them from.
