GBOrdered a bunch of U bolts in January… Ordered a bunch of U bolts in January for a project that I did not get to until recently. I discovered that the order was shipped with only half the nuts ordered. I figured it was too late to mention so I just ordered them anyway. Left a note on my new order referencing the old order number and what had happened. They made it right and are sending me the missing bolts for free. Love this company and their customer service

GBPolite and professional staff Polite and professional staff. Received the hardware and ACME threaded rod, packaging was very secure. This is important to me as i had purchased 1 1/4" nuts and washers. ACME threaded rod looks very cleanly machined, no burs, galling, etc. Will definitely use The Nutty Company again.
