Great customer service! I ordered a air mat for my daughter to use in our home. We use the product on carpet but unfortunately we had a problem with the product holding air and deflating. Much to my surprise customer service reached out after finding out about the problem and agreed to ship a replacement. This level of customer service is unheard of in today’s society. Carpet Quality I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the carpet! Honestly for such a low price I was expecting the carpet on top to be similar to the cheap scratchy carpet you get at construction stores. It is NOT- it is very soft and very pleasant to walk on with or without shoes. We will defiantly be buying more.
