Good service Good products, good service. I ordered custom cartridge heaters, they arrived in good condition and are good quality. There was a small glitch with the GordoSales website that messed up shipping quotes, but I called and the CS rep was very friendly and he sorted things out while I was on the phone. I'll be ordering from them again.

Very Poor Service Unfortunately, I have to leave a poor review of this company. After purchasing and using a chemical tote heater one time, the heater stopped working. I sent the heater to Gordo to troubleshoot. After several attempts to get a replacement, repair and/or refund, I just kept getting excuses. They would never return my calls; I had to call them EVERY time. They said their supplier of the equipment wasn't supporting them. Well, that's not my problem. That's Gordo's issue to deal with their supplier. After spending $1,000 on this equipment and waiting over a year, I really feel like they should have done something. Buyer beware.

LACK OF COMMUNICATION LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Did not inform me that my order was being held up and the manufacturer reached out even though this was being purchased thru gordo sales. No one ever once reached out.
