GBVery Poor Service Unfortunately, I have to leave a poor review of this company. After purchasing and using a chemical tote heater one time, the heater stopped working. I sent the heater to Gordo to troubleshoot. After several attempts to get a replacement, repair and/or refund, I just kept getting excuses. They would never return my calls; I had to call them EVERY time. They said their supplier of the equipment wasn't supporting them. Well, that's not my problem. That's Gordo's issue to deal with their supplier. After spending $1,000 on this equipment and waiting over a year, I really feel like they should have done something. Buyer beware.
