Very Poor Service Unfortunately, I have to leave a poor review of this company. After purchasing and using a chemical tote heater one time, the heater stopped working. I sent the heater to Gordo to troubleshoot. After several attempts to get a replacement, repair and/or refund, I just kept getting excuses. They would never return my calls; I had to call them EVERY time. They said their supplier of the equipment wasn't supporting them. Well, that's not my problem. That's Gordo's issue to deal with their supplier. After spending $1,000 on this equipment and waiting over a year, I really feel like they should have done something. Buyer beware.

Shipping was prompt Shipping was prompt, item is as described. Very easy to install, have only been using it for a couple of weeks, but so far its great.

My Church purchased a baptistry heater My Church purchased a baptistry heater. When it arrived, it was badly damaged. Shipping was arranged by Gordo Sales and they would not replace it or refund it and would not help on trying to make a claim on Shipping.
