Beautiful lights, Outstanding Customer Service I purchased some outdoor modern linear lights from Ozarke. They were a custom order because I made them wider than the standard 3" width. I did have an issue with the lights when they arrived so I emailed customer service and Alex was more than helpful and took care of correcting the issue. So happy with the lights, and more importantly, I was pleasantly surprised to get great customer service from the Ozarke team. It was a great customer service experience; especially when customer service seems to be lacking in so many businesses these days.

Great products and service! Own two lighting products from this company and couldn't be more thrilled with both results and the service. Both arrived in excellent packaging and in condition. Due to third party issues with an app + wifi, I struggled with one light's connection and operation. After some time I emailed support and had near immediate response AND a fix for my problem. Within minutes, the light was up and running. Spent the rest of my afternoon playing with the features! Looking forward to ordering more of the same for my house!

Excellent Customer Service The lights I purchased were well made and arrived quickly, but just didn’t fit my space as I hoped. The return process was very easy/smooth! When I first reached out to initiate the return, I received a prompt and pleasant reply. Ozarke provided a return shipping label, so I didn’t have to pay for shipping which was great! Whenever I reached out with questions or for status, I was always provided with excellent customer service - fast response, helpful/friendly attitude, good communication. Great design & warm cozy lighting I bought the Leger Floor Lamp and am thrilled with the lighting flexibility it provides from warm to cool lighting. The minimalist design goes perfectly with my decor, providing a cozy warm feeling in the evening, while watching TV. I highly recommend this lamp.
