I had very efficient communication with Anna who was responsive and helped me with the process to replace the lights. GBWaste of money and time Big mistake buying the minimalist lamp from Ozarke It arrived defective I contacted customer service via email and phone several times. After weeks of waiting and poor responsiveness. They say the remote control is to blame however, without the remote control the lamp is inoperable. They stalled until the warranty expired now it is expensive recycling. Wish it worked
