Ozarke is simply the greatest! Ozarke is simply the greatest, there’s no other way to put it. We all know how ordinary lights are but Ozarke makes lighting look extraordinary! Not only their lighting are great but also I’m in love with their plates and cutlery. The best of all, is how trusting and well communicative there customer service is!!!

Customer service will make me a loyal customer for life! I felt listened to, understood and supported when dealing with a manufacturing issue with a lamp and Lian helped me reach a happy conclusion. Upscaled buys with super reasonable prices! I usually don't leave reviews, but I've been following Ozarke since they first started, and the variety and quality of their products constantly exceeds my expectations with every purchase. I have slowly but SURELY been making my way through their inventory; I started with the candle heating lights (still using them every day), blankets, side lamps, corner lamps, light-bulb lamp, mushroom lamp (!!!!) and the list goes on and on... Ozarke, thank you for the continuous stream of perfectly curated products to feed my shopping addiction!!!

Missing parts. Damaged boxes. I ordered two Ozarke Svelte outdoor lamps. Upon delivery, both boxes had been previously opened and were badly damaged. One was missing the mounting hardware and the back of the remote control was missing. The second box was missing the utility box cover.

Superlative company - Beautiful products, great customer service It’s not often I get to rave about customer service but Ozarke sets the bar. Not only are their products original and stunning they are incredibly responsive to customers. I recently moved and broke two light housings in the process. I thought I’d have to embark on a wild goose chase but honestly, they went above and beyond.
