Kudos to Anna! Kudos to Anna! I experienced two light fixtures that became defecive near the end of the warranty period. I had very efficient communication with Anna who was responsive and helped me with the process to replace the lights. She was a delight to work with, and I’ll be speading the good word about Ozarke and Anna to my friends and neighbors who are looking for lighting.

Great design & warm cozy lighting I bought the Leger Floor Lamp and am thrilled with the lighting flexibility it provides from warm to cool lighting. The minimalist design goes perfectly with my decor, providing a cozy warm feeling in the evening, while watching TV. I highly recommend this lamp.

Upscaled buys with super reasonable prices! I usually don't leave reviews, but I've been following Ozarke since they first started, and the variety and quality of their products constantly exceeds my expectations with every purchase. I have slowly but SURELY been making my way through their inventory; I started with the candle heating lights (still using them every day), blankets, side lamps, corner lamps, light-bulb lamp, mushroom lamp (!!!!) and the list goes on and on... Ozarke, thank you for the continuous stream of perfectly curated products to feed my shopping addiction!!!

Customer service will make me a loyal customer for life! I felt listened to, understood and supported when dealing with a manufacturing issue with a lamp and Lian helped me reach a happy conclusion. I will definitely be shopping with Ozarke again since they have beautiful, unique products...and because their service is top tier I can enjoy absolute confidence that if any concerns arise they'll be handled with care. Thank you so much Lian (and Alex!).
