USWaste of money and time Big mistake buying the minimalist lamp from Ozarke It arrived defective I contacted customer service via email and phone several times. After weeks of waiting and poor responsiveness. They say the remote control is to blame however, without the remote control the lamp is inoperable. They stalled until the warranty expired now it is expensive recycling. Wish it worked

It is made from incredible quality, and I have received too many compliments to count on where they can buy one themselves! Will definitely be shopping more with Ozake. USExcellent Customer Service The lights I purchased were well made and arrived quickly, but just didn’t fit my space as I hoped. The return process was very easy/smooth! When I first reached out to initiate the return, I received a prompt and pleasant reply. Ozarke provided a return shipping label, so I didn’t have to pay for shipping which was great! Whenever I reached out with questions or for status, I was always provided with excellent customer service - fast response, helpful/friendly attitude, good communication. I would highly recommend Ozarke.

USGreat products. Great support team. Second time ordering the immense outdoor light from them and love the products. First time around, there was minor issues installing them as we were doing them ourselves and not through an electrician, custom service team picked up the phone pretty quickly and helped us out. Will be coming back for 1 or more 2 more when we find spots to install them.

USGreat products and service! Own two lighting products from this company and couldn't be more thrilled with both results and the service. Both arrived in excellent packaging and in condition. Due to third party issues with an app + wifi, I struggled with one light's connection and operation. After some time I emailed support and had near immediate response AND a fix for my problem. Within minutes, the light was up and running. Spent the rest of my afternoon playing with the features! Looking forward to ordering more of the same for my house!
