It is made from incredible quality, and I have received too many compliments to count on where they can buy one themselves! Will definitely be shopping more with Ozake. Their team is easy to communicate with, and I would recommend anybody!

GBMissing parts. Damaged boxes. I ordered two Ozarke Svelte outdoor lamps. Upon delivery, both boxes had been previously opened and were badly damaged. One was missing the mounting hardware and the back of the remote control was missing. The second box was missing the utility box cover.

GBWaste of money and time Big mistake buying the minimalist lamp from Ozarke It arrived defective I contacted customer service via email and phone several times. After weeks of waiting and poor responsiveness. They say the remote control is to blame however, without the remote control the lamp is inoperable. They stalled until the warranty expired now it is expensive recycling. Wish it worked

GBGreat products. Great support team. Second time ordering the immense outdoor light from them and love the products. First time around, there was minor issues installing them as we were doing them ourselves and not through an electrician, custom service team picked up the phone pretty quickly and helped us out. Will be coming back for 1 or more 2 more when we find spots to install them.

GBKudos to Anna! Kudos to Anna! I experienced two light fixtures that became defecive near the end of the warranty period. I had very efficient communication with Anna who was responsive and helped me with the process to replace the lights. She was a delight to work with, and I’ll be speading the good word about Ozarke and Anna to my friends and neighbors who are looking for lighting.
