You will not regret your purchase with Palkhi Fashion I was looking for a dress to wear for an Indian wedding that I was invited to. I loved the look of the dress on the Palkhi Fashion website and followed the sizing guidelines to order the size I thought would fit me best. After ordering the dress, I was immediately contacted by a service member at Palkhi fashion on WhatsApp to make sure the size that I ordered was correct. I was able to give them my exact measurement to customize to me which was perfect. I was also asked if I wanted to keep the can-can that provides the additional volume to the bottom of the dress. I honestly didn’t know, so they sent me a video of the dress and how I can remove the can-can if I don’t need it. I was very impressed with the level of attention to my order to ensure it was exactly what I was looking for. I received the dress yesterday and it fit perfect and the quality of the dress was exceptional. My biggest regret was not paying the additional $20 to have the hem the dress to my height. It was an oversight on my part and I highly recommend you pay the additional money before it is shipped. I cannot recommend this company more. They truly understand the level of customer service that goes above and beyond anything I have experience with an online order. The quality of the product for the cost was well worth it. You will not regret ordering from Palkhi Fashion!

Size was correct, they worked with me to expedite shipping and had great communication via email, text annd WhatsApp! Most of all the outfit I received is beautiful! Outstanding customer service… Palkhi has exceptional customer service. My daughter received her lehenga and it was too big. The tailor did a video chat with us to see what needed to be altered. They offer a one time alteration at no charge and they even pay return shipping both ways! I have never heard of an Indian clothing company provide such amazing service! I am very pleased with my experience with Palkhi and would shop with them again in the future.

Beautiful outfit The experience was incredible. Only one suggestion, please have pictures of blouse back and front as not everyone is comfortable with the open back. I bought as gift and my friend is bit hesitant to wear as it's backless, which I had no idea of as I didn't see any back pictures of the blouse.
