USSpot on job! We needed key blanks for a last minute project. I spoke with Kenny & in the process of placing the order he noted the image in the catalog did not match the key blank. He went the extra mile to double check in the warehouse and discovered the catalog image was not accurate however the order that he was sending me was indeed confirmed as the correct key blank we needed. He over nighted the order & our project was completed without any key issues. A good job well done.

CAIt was a pretty smooth transition … It was a pretty smooth transition dealing with the vendor, however since they use UPS as a shipper to Canada it is a nightmare. Charging extra fees and making the experience regrettable.

USGreat exprience I was desperately looking to replace my office door's lock due to key not turning or the key getting stock in the lock. The Assured Lock representative showed me ways to overcome my problem before trying to sell any products. His recommendations worked but I decided to buy a new set of locks anyway. I received the locks on a timely manner and I am sure I will buy from them again. I recommend them HIGHLY.
