Electronic Door Lock Purchase My recent purchase of a handful of Trilogy electronic door locks with special lock cores was well executed by Assured Lock. Material was received quickly and I was very happy with the overall experience. The price was less than four other quotes I had received.

Part number interchange Ordered a part I already had, but didn't know it due to part number change. Change not listed on web page, found out after order placed and invoice received.

Spot on job! We needed key blanks for a last minute project. I spoke with Kenny & in the process of placing the order he noted the image in the catalog did not match the key blank. He went the extra mile to double check in the warehouse and discovered the catalog image was not accurate however the order that he was sending me was indeed confirmed as the correct key blank we needed. He over nighted the order & our project was completed without any key issues. A good job well done.

Easy to do business with This company was fantastic with my problems. I needed new keys for lockers and didn't know which ones. Kenny gathered as much information as he could and was able to obtain the keys needed . He was extremely friendly and pleasant. All he assured me he would do was done .... and I didn't have to wait long. Response time for call back was fast. I definitely would recommend assured lock to anyone.
