Easy to do business with This company was fantastic with my problems. I needed new keys for lockers and didn't know which ones. Kenny gathered as much information as he could and was able to obtain the keys needed . He was extremely friendly and pleasant. All he assured me he would do was done .... and I didn't have to wait long. Response time for call back was fast. I definitely would recommend assured lock to anyone. They took the time to call and make sure I ordered exactly what I needed instead of assuming I I considered all options of this model. It was very helpful, and I had not in fact considered what they told me. They knew the product well and informed me so I could make the right decision based on my facility needs.

Very quick and efficient They carry some pieces I needed that are not all available at many other places for the same price. And I called in to confirm they had what I needed, they took my order over the phone, and I received the lock boxes the next day even though I did not pay for expedited shipping. Very helpful service as well. I will shop here again.
