Kenny gathered as much information as he could and was able to obtain the keys needed . He was extremely friendly and pleasant. All he assured me he would do was done .... and I didn't have to wait long. Response time for call back was fast. I definitely would recommend assured lock to anyone. GBSpot on job! We needed key blanks for a last minute project. I spoke with Kenny & in the process of placing the order he noted the image in the catalog did not match the key blank. He went the extra mile to double check in the warehouse and discovered the catalog image was not accurate however the order that he was sending me was indeed confirmed as the correct key blank we needed. He over nighted the order & our project was completed without any key issues. A good job well done.
