USHad a very good experience Had a very good experience. I ordered two glass items, one of which unfortunately broke during shipping. They rushed another one to me in two days. I've have no hesitation to shop there again.

USAmazing service Amazing service! We went in with the intention of buying a new power head for our Beam Central Vac which is 20 years old. We took our existing hose so that we could be sure a new power head would fit our old old old system. We TOLD them we were buying a new power head - they took one look at our hose and said they thought a simple repair was all that was needed. Our electrical plug-in piece was worn out, but they felt we did NOT need a new powerhead. They spent 5 minutes fixing us and they were absolutely correct. We got home and were zipping around the house with a like-new vacuum. They were wonderful! They saved us hundreds.....and they could have easily just sold us something we didn't need.

USI purchased a Minke RC210 fan… I purchased a Minke RC210 fan controller for my ceiling fan in September. it worked great until it died in July. It was under warranty, and I contacted Lighting and Locks. The friendly and efficient staff sent me a new one, no problem. I then purchased another controller for another fan. Both controllers shipped out quickly and at a good price! They also know which controller works with which fan, which is important!

USMonte Carlo Prairie Fan Purchase We purchased a Monte Carlo Prairie Fan and the order was immediately processed and shipped the next days. We needed a down rod for the fan and it was not listed on their website. We called them and they indicated that they could get it for us, and that also arrived in a very timely manner. We cannot say enough about the co-operation and concern for our requests as we completed the order with Lighting and Locks. Additionally, their price for the specific item was the lowest we could find. The fan is installed and we LOVE it; we could not be happier. We would recommend Lighting & Locks without reservation!

USI ordered two lamps from lighting and… I ordered two lamps from lighting and locks and my credit card was charged for them. The company then cancelled the order since they no longer had the lamps in stock. It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my refund. I called Customer Support and they indicated they didn't have the information and to wait a while longer. I've now emailed Customer Support - hopefully that will result in some action.
