I purchased a Minke RC210 fan… I purchased a Minke RC210 fan controller for my ceiling fan in September. it worked great until it died in July. It was under warranty, and I contacted Lighting and Locks. The friendly and efficient staff sent me a new one, no problem. I then purchased another controller for another fan. Both controllers shipped out quickly and at a good price! They also know which controller works with which fan, which is important!

I ordered my Minka fan in silver from… I ordered my Minka fan in silver from Amazon and twice they sent the wrong finish. I then ordered directly from L & L and received the fan I wanted. Unfortunately when the electrician came to install, he found that there was insufficient space in the "attic" to do so and I need to return the fan. Do I need permission to do so?
