Extremely disappointed Extremely disappointed. My wife had asked specifically by phone if Lighting and Locks would not split our order up the way Amazon does since we live in the Caribbean and use a freight forwarder. Based on the assurance we used this company for the first time to see if we could spread our online shopping to other retailers than Amazon. Needless to say the two items of the order shipped separately and we wound up paying more in freight than the order was worth. Not nice to fool a first (and now last) time customer.

I have over 40 Adorne Touch I have over 40 Adorne Touch, Wave and Touch dimmer switches, along with over 40 Adorne receptacles, being pop out, GFCI and regular style. I will say this with all honesty....Lighting & Locks is the only place I will purchase from for a few reasons. They're customer service is knowledgeable and courteous, the web site will always show how many of the certain product is in stock at the time of order, the prices are very competitive with any other store, and the shipping is very fast directly from a LeGrande authorized warehouse. Even though I spent a lot of money on the switches/receptacles, I never had a doubt that dealing with this company would go anything but smooth and trouble free.

I ordered my Minka fan in silver from… I ordered my Minka fan in silver from Amazon and twice they sent the wrong finish. I then ordered directly from L & L and received the fan I wanted. Unfortunately when the electrician came to install, he found that there was insufficient space in the "attic" to do so and I need to return the fan. Do I need permission to do so?

Excellent customer service & quality fans packed securely I received excellent service for 2 outdoor fans that I ordered. Every representative I spoke with regarding making a correction to my order was very polite and helpful. They promptly emailed me prepaid return shipping labels. Within days of receipt of my returns, I received a refund. I was really impressed with the customer service and the quality of fans I received. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.
