GBGreat product, instructions could be better Product works great, just what I wanted. Instructions and specs could be better. Online description says light can be wall mounted but instructions did not explain how to do it and wasn't obvious. Called customer service. Turns out it requires a special tool (drill bit extender) that I did not have, so I had to jerry-rig something.

GBFedEx is better Every think was great I just don't like the fact you don't have better shipping options. I do not like to ship UPS because they damage everything I get. Your package was double boxed thank goodness the outer box looked like it went through WWIII, but the inner box was undamaged. I would much rather had the choices to choose shippers like FedEx they always deliver undamaged. I would gladly pay more for FedEx.

GBNice replacement and great service. The product worked just fine. Looked exactly like the remaining globes. Even being plastic vs glass is not an issue. They did the best they could to get the product shipped out. There was a little delay but during the holidays, that can be forgiven and the globe was not hindering anything. Customer service was excellent.

GBExcellent quality product, Suppler needs help. I thought that the quality of the track lighting was excellent. Things that could be improved upon from the supplier however, would have been helpful to me: 1. initial order from a faulty website was not as expected or represented correctly. 2. Was transferred from customer service to sales as a cold call when I called it in. 3.Package arrived with loose open boxes inside main create. The track-tube packaging end-cap had come off in shipping. and was delivered open. I'm really surprised nothing was damaged in the 2,000 mile shipping. 4. While instructions for mounting track-heads were included but unclear, for lack of instructions to unmount the heads, I nearly destroyed everything. Not everyone knows how tracks work. Better, website, instructions, and customer service are needed for this company.
