USCloaking Return Policy Ordered on 31 Oct 19 from GMA Deals & Steals promotion, lights.com processed my order on 04 Nov & received items on the 10th. Some items didn't perform as expected & some were falling apart. Wanted to return some items but was informed that there was a 7 day return policy from time of ORDER. I cannot find this policy anywhere. When I ordered these items, it was not posted that these items were a final sale purchase. I was under the impression that these items were promotional items not clearance items. No where on their website does lights.com cover or state a promotional return policy & nowhere on my packing slip does it state this order is final. Cloaking is unacceptable business practice.

USReceived in a timely manner I did receive the item I ordered in a timely manner, unfortunately I thought this light had an electrical cord that I could plug into my outside wall outlet. When I did my search on the website, I specified that I was looking for a spotlight that I could plug into an outside outlet. I guess I should have read the description better. I did return it and am now waiting for a credit to be applied to my credit card for the return. I gave 5 stars because I received the light when specified and had no problem getting the authorization code to return it.

Ryan helped me choose which fixtures and bulbs would be best effective for our property, answered all of my questions, and followed up on the purchase. I have since ordered replacement bulbs and other supplies. Super fast shipping, EXCELLENT customer service and prompt response to my inquiries. I am very happy I found Superior Lighting.

USWonderful Customer Service There are bulbs in my office space that are covered in our lease, and those that are not. Those not covered cost $35 each, parts & labor. I buy them at Superior Lighting for about $6. Once I bought bulbs of the wrong color temperature. They were exchanged without question and the correct ones were shipped. I have been buying with them for 6 years, and plan to remain loyal. I'm going to outfit my home with LED floods, and I will get them from Superior Lighting!

USThey had the hard to find part I needed in stock, delivered it fast, and got me back in business! I needed a really hard to find part for my theater lighting system. Just when I was about to give up and scrap the whole system, I came across Superior Lighting. Sure enough, they had the part I needed, in stock, and for a very reasonable price. It was shipped out the same day and arrived in perfect condition. My theater lighting system is now back up and running and it's all thanks to Superior Lighting. I couldn't be more satisfied!
