GBGood service Received the first order and it was perfect. Ordered another case and the bulbs were busted and they shipped a replacement order out quickly. (Not a reflection on the company as the delivery companies do not take care even when the package says fragile.) Anyhow I would order from this company again.

GBWe ordered 9 bulbs which were sent in… We ordered 9 bulbs which were sent in two boxes, which were taped together. Two bulbs arrived damaged because your boxes are flimsy and there was no packing around the bulbs to protect them and top box got smashed. Did not like that two boxes were totally taped together or that bulbs were just thrown in loose, in a flimsy boxes with no protection. It was very difficult to get customer service and took leaving 2 messages (never answered) and a third call.

GBWonderful Customer Service There are bulbs in my office space that are covered in our lease, and those that are not. Those not covered cost $35 each, parts & labor. I buy them at Superior Lighting for about $6. Once I bought bulbs of the wrong color temperature. They were exchanged without question and the correct ones were shipped. I have been buying with them for 6 years, and plan to remain loyal. I'm going to outfit my home with LED floods, and I will get them from Superior Lighting!

GBThey had the hard to find part I needed in stock, delivered it fast, and got me back in business! I needed a really hard to find part for my theater lighting system. Just when I was about to give up and scrap the whole system, I came across Superior Lighting. Sure enough, they had the part I needed, in stock, and for a very reasonable price. It was shipped out the same day and arrived in perfect condition. My theater lighting system is now back up and running and it's all thanks to Superior Lighting. I couldn't be more satisfied!

GBI found searching on your website easy… I found searching on your website easy and helpful. So glad you offered just what I needed (an outdoor light that is waterproof). Thank you for keeping me updated on shipping dates. We received and opened the package, but haven't installed the light yet.
