GBGood service Received the first order and it was perfect. Ordered another case and the bulbs were busted and they shipped a replacement order out quickly. (Not a reflection on the company as the delivery companies do not take care even when the package says fragile.) Anyhow I would order from this company again.

GBGreat product, instructions could be better Product works great, just what I wanted. Instructions and specs could be better. Online description says light can be wall mounted but instructions did not explain how to do it and wasn't obvious. Called customer service. Turns out it requires a special tool (drill bit extender) that I did not have, so I had to jerry-rig something.

GBThey had the hard to find part I needed in stock, delivered it fast, and got me back in business! I needed a really hard to find part for my theater lighting system. Just when I was about to give up and scrap the whole system, I came across Superior Lighting. Sure enough, they had the part I needed, in stock, and for a very reasonable price. It was shipped out the same day and arrived in perfect condition. My theater lighting system is now back up and running and it's all thanks to Superior Lighting. I couldn't be more satisfied!

GBExcellent quality product, Suppler needs help. I thought that the quality of the track lighting was excellent. Things that could be improved upon from the supplier however, would have been helpful to me: 1. initial order from a faulty website was not as expected or represented correctly. 2. Was transferred from customer service to sales as a cold call when I called it in. 3.Package arrived with loose open boxes inside main create. The track-tube packaging end-cap had come off in shipping. and was delivered open. I'm really surprised nothing was damaged in the 2,000 mile shipping. 4. While instructions for mounting track-heads were included but unclear, for lack of instructions to unmount the heads, I nearly destroyed everything. Not everyone knows how tracks work. Better, website, instructions, and customer service are needed for this company.

GBVery happy with service.… Very pleased with the service from this company. Had to return a Laura Ashley lamp base, due to a faulty connection. From start to finish the response was professional and courteous and the return/replacement process was both smooth and speedy.
