GBWe ordered 9 bulbs which were sent in… We ordered 9 bulbs which were sent in two boxes, which were taped together. Two bulbs arrived damaged because your boxes are flimsy and there was no packing around the bulbs to protect them and top box got smashed. Did not like that two boxes were totally taped together or that bulbs were just thrown in loose, in a flimsy boxes with no protection. It was very difficult to get customer service and took leaving 2 messages (never answered) and a third call.

GBVery happy with service.… Very pleased with the service from this company. Had to return a Laura Ashley lamp base, due to a faulty connection. From start to finish the response was professional and courteous and the return/replacement process was both smooth and speedy.

GBNice replacement and great service. The product worked just fine. Looked exactly like the remaining globes. Even being plastic vs glass is not an issue. They did the best they could to get the product shipped out. There was a little delay but during the holidays, that can be forgiven and the globe was not hindering anything. Customer service was excellent.

GBReceived in a timely manner I did receive the item I ordered in a timely manner, unfortunately I thought this light had an electrical cord that I could plug into my outside wall outlet. When I did my search on the website, I specified that I was looking for a spotlight that I could plug into an outside outlet. I guess I should have read the description better. I did return it and am now waiting for a credit to be applied to my credit card for the return. I gave 5 stars because I received the light when specified and had no problem getting the authorization code to return it.

GBThis company is great! This company is great. Shopped from here a couple of times because of their wide selection and excellent customer service. Prices are also very good. Definitely recommend and will come back when I need something else. Thanks so much.
