GBAt every phase of the process At every phase of the process, MaxSold personnel have made the auction easy and stress free for us. Their professionalism and proactiveness helped greatly to move us to pickup day. I would use MaxSold again if needed and recommend it to anyone. The only hiccup was the scheduling of some buyers on pickup day. Some large items (bookshelves, display cabinets) were placed ahead of those who purchased the contents of the large item. On site team handled the issue well.

Expert advice on how to put the items in logical lots, and where to break up sets that were too big on their own. Easy to use app to follow the auction. I did not really believe the 96% sell rate but now I am convinced. The process really works. All but one small lot got sold. Many thanks to all involved.

CAEasy to use Easy to use, convenient and lots of activity on website. In hindsight we should have included more items in one auction to increase our percentage of profit, rather than selling over a few auctions.

CATerrible Customer service, false product listing claims. Do not recommend buying anything you cant test onsite. Customer service is awful, broken products being misrepresented. Purchased a hot tub and the pump leaks, and bunch of the jets do not work. I called to verify with a Maxsold agent on how can I test this product onsite before picking the unit up, and they stated it would be fine to test the hot tub at home. Story changes after I reported the unit did not work as listed "Working Condition" , The MAXSOLD team stated I would have to test onsite to be eligible for a refund, so i responded to that email stating there own employee informed me I can test at home due to the circumstance of it being a hot tub, even offered to take videos of the hot tub leaking and not working properly. I have not received a response in 4 business days now.

CAI had no idea what to expect I had no idea what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by all the help and guidance I received! The process was not stressful, and I was allowed to choose my own time frame. When I had any questions I could either call or use the online chat for immediate help. I’m very pleased with how my auction is running. My auction closes tonight, and I’m super thrilled with the bidding!
