Terrible Customer service, false product listing claims. Do not recommend buying anything you cant test onsite. Customer service is awful, broken products being misrepresented. Purchased a hot tub and the pump leaks, and bunch of the jets do not work. I called to verify with a Maxsold agent on how can I test this product onsite before picking the unit up, and they stated it would be fine to test the hot tub at home. Story changes after I reported the unit did not work as listed "Working Condition" , The MAXSOLD team stated I would have to test onsite to be eligible for a refund, so i responded to that email stating there own employee informed me I can test at home due to the circumstance of it being a hot tub, even offered to take videos of the hot tub leaking and not working properly. I have not received a response in 4 business days now.

The process was not stressful, and I was allowed to choose my own time frame. When I had any questions I could either call or use the online chat for immediate help. I’m very pleased with how my auction is running. My auction closes tonight, and I’m super thrilled with the bidding!

Love Maxsold auctions Love Maxsold auctions. Easy pickup process. Only experienced an issue once in bidding at the end of an auction, when my bid did not take, but it could have been my browser. Better details about items can be improved, but have gotten some great deals.
