THERE WAS A YOUNG MAN WALKING AROUND ASKING PEOPLE IF THEY WAS THERE FOR PICKUP , I TOLD HIM MY NAME HE LOOK AND TOLD ME I HADE TO COME BACK TOMORROW AND HE WAS RUDE.. BUT HE DID LET OTHER'S BUYERS WHO PICKUP WAS TOMORROW PICK THERE UP TODAY,, I SPENT 2 HOURS ON THE ROAD PLUS GAS AND MY TIME JUST A LOT OF BS FROM MAXSOLD.. My First MaxSold Auction After being a very happy MaxSold bidder for years, I decided that it was time to downsize a bit. I was contacted soon after submitting my info regarding having my own sale and was onboarded with ease. I took advantage of the webinar for new sellers, which was great, and answered any questions that I had. I found the process of setting up the auction very simple and very user-friendly with the use of the seller's app. I didn't see anything that could use improvement. The marketing has been successful with bids that are higher than I had hoped for. I would recommend using MaxSold to anyone!

At every phase of the process At every phase of the process, MaxSold personnel have made the auction easy and stress free for us. Their professionalism and proactiveness helped greatly to move us to pickup day. I would use MaxSold again if needed and recommend it to anyone. The only hiccup was the scheduling of some buyers on pickup day. Some large items (bookshelves, display cabinets) were placed ahead of those who purchased the contents of the large item. On site team handled the issue well.

Excellent service from start to finish Excellent service from start to finish. Clear communications. Realistic expectations. Professional at all times. Expert advice on how to put the items in logical lots, and where to break up sets that were too big on their own. Easy to use app to follow the auction. I did not really believe the 96% sell rate but now I am convinced. The process really works. All but one small lot got sold. Many thanks to all involved.

Easy to use Easy to use, convenient and lots of activity on website. In hindsight we should have included more items in one auction to increase our percentage of profit, rather than selling over a few auctions.
