CAI have been working wTHE ITEMS ARE ISSUED BY NOT COMPETENT PEOPLE.ith them for more… I have been working with them for more than a year, despite the fact that everyone pays a large commission, they do not employ competent employees (and often random people) to issue winning lots. Recently I was not given one expensive lot (I had a lot of them). On the same day I contacted the support service and was told that I would not be able to receive my item; it was already lost.

CADefinitely Recommend Entire process went well. The Maxsold staff answered questions as the process continued in a friendly and efficient manner. Emailed lists made the pick up easy. The staff called during pick up to ask if there were issues and even followed up with no-shows to ascertain a cancellation or an extended pick up time. Follow up after pick up was easy for the seller. Overall, very happy with the process.

CATerrible Customer service, false product listing claims. Do not recommend buying anything you cant test onsite. Customer service is awful, broken products being misrepresented. Purchased a hot tub and the pump leaks, and bunch of the jets do not work. I called to verify with a Maxsold agent on how can I test this product onsite before picking the unit up, and they stated it would be fine to test the hot tub at home. Story changes after I reported the unit did not work as listed "Working Condition" , The MAXSOLD team stated I would have to test onsite to be eligible for a refund, so i responded to that email stating there own employee informed me I can test at home due to the circumstance of it being a hot tub, even offered to take videos of the hot tub leaking and not working properly. I have not received a response in 4 business days now.

CAExcellent service from start to finish Excellent service from start to finish. Clear communications. Realistic expectations. Professional at all times. Expert advice on how to put the items in logical lots, and where to break up sets that were too big on their own. Easy to use app to follow the auction. I did not really believe the 96% sell rate but now I am convinced. The process really works. All but one small lot got sold. Many thanks to all involved.

GBAt every phase of the process At every phase of the process, MaxSold personnel have made the auction easy and stress free for us. Their professionalism and proactiveness helped greatly to move us to pickup day. I would use MaxSold again if needed and recommend it to anyone. The only hiccup was the scheduling of some buyers on pickup day. Some large items (bookshelves, display cabinets) were placed ahead of those who purchased the contents of the large item. On site team handled the issue well.
