CAMy First MaxSold Auction After being a very happy MaxSold bidder for years, I decided that it was time to downsize a bit. I was contacted soon after submitting my info regarding having my own sale and was onboarded with ease. I took advantage of the webinar for new sellers, which was great, and answered any questions that I had. I found the process of setting up the auction very simple and very user-friendly with the use of the seller's app. I didn't see anything that could use improvement. The marketing has been successful with bids that are higher than I had hoped for. I would recommend using MaxSold to anyone!

GBLove Maxsold auctions Love Maxsold auctions. Easy pickup process. Only experienced an issue once in bidding at the end of an auction, when my bid did not take, but it could have been my browser. Better details about items can be improved, but have gotten some great deals.

DZIt's not bad, but it's not super either..... My assessment of this company's services is average. The service was standard and didn't stand out in any particular way. The staff were polite. The quality of services met expectations but didn't leave a strong impression. Overall, it's an okay service, but there is room for improvement.

GBMaxsold was the best decision We are very happy that we selected MaxSold to auction the remaining contents of our home after we moved. It would have been overwhelming for us to try to do this in our own. The staff members we worked with were great, and provided additional guidance that was invaluable in decisions we needed to make to achieve our goals.

CATerrible Customer service, false product listing claims. Do not recommend buying anything you cant test onsite. Customer service is awful, broken products being misrepresented. Purchased a hot tub and the pump leaks, and bunch of the jets do not work. I called to verify with a Maxsold agent on how can I test this product onsite before picking the unit up, and they stated it would be fine to test the hot tub at home. Story changes after I reported the unit did not work as listed "Working Condition" , The MAXSOLD team stated I would have to test onsite to be eligible for a refund, so i responded to that email stating there own employee informed me I can test at home due to the circumstance of it being a hot tub, even offered to take videos of the hot tub leaking and not working properly. I have not received a response in 4 business days now.
