It's not bad, but it's not super either..... My assessment of this company's services is average. The service was standard and didn't stand out in any particular way. The staff were polite. The quality of services met expectations but didn't leave a strong impression. Overall, it's an okay service, but there is room for improvement.

THERE WAS A YOUNG MAN WALKING AROUND ASKING PEOPLE IF THEY WAS THERE FOR PICKUP , I TOLD HIM MY NAME HE LOOK AND TOLD ME I HADE TO COME BACK TOMORROW AND HE WAS RUDE.. BUT HE DID LET OTHER'S BUYERS WHO PICKUP WAS TOMORROW PICK THERE UP TODAY,, I SPENT 2 HOURS ON THE ROAD PLUS GAS AND MY TIME JUST A LOT OF BS FROM MAXSOLD.. I WILL FILE A COMPLANT WITH BBB ,, THANKS CURTIST In a 1 to 10 Rating Scale Maxsold is a 3 on a Good Day

Definitely Recommend Entire process went well. The Maxsold staff answered questions as the process continued in a friendly and efficient manner. Emailed lists made the pick up easy. The staff called during pick up to ask if there were issues and even followed up with no-shows to ascertain a cancellation or an extended pick up time. Follow up after pick up was easy for the seller. Overall, very happy with the process.

Pick up Day was a super experience The Pick Up experience was phenomenal ! Joseph Muse, Elizabeth and Grace ran a smooth operation starting with Guard Gate. Buyers came, picked up their goods after verification and left. Gate kept pinging me as each buyer came thru. All goods except for a few small items were picked up. Would recommend MaxSold to anyone going thru down-sizing
