From Sales to Service From the sales person Heather, to everyone in customer service, someone was always available by phone, even on the weekend, to answer my questions. The team was extremely accommodating to allow one day between the close of the sale, and the auction pickup. Maxsold sent many emails during the auction, at the close, and afterwards, to keep me informed. I will use Maxsold again in the future.

I have been working wTHE ITEMS ARE ISSUED BY NOT COMPETENT PEOPLE.ith them for more… I have been working with them for more than a year, despite the fact that everyone pays a large commission, they do not employ competent employees (and often random people) to issue winning lots. Recently I was not given one expensive lot (I had a lot of them). On the same day I contacted the support service and was told that I would not be able to receive my item; it was already lost.

At every phase of the process At every phase of the process, MaxSold personnel have made the auction easy and stress free for us. Their professionalism and proactiveness helped greatly to move us to pickup day. I would use MaxSold again if needed and recommend it to anyone. The only hiccup was the scheduling of some buyers on pickup day. Some large items (bookshelves, display cabinets) were placed ahead of those who purchased the contents of the large item. On site team handled the issue well.

THERE WAS A YOUNG MAN WALKING AROUND ASKING PEOPLE IF THEY WAS THERE FOR PICKUP , I TOLD HIM MY NAME HE LOOK AND TOLD ME I HADE TO COME BACK TOMORROW AND HE WAS RUDE.. BUT HE DID LET OTHER'S BUYERS WHO PICKUP WAS TOMORROW PICK THERE UP TODAY,, I SPENT 2 HOURS ON THE ROAD PLUS GAS AND MY TIME JUST A LOT OF BS FROM MAXSOLD..
