I have been a long time repeat buyer I have been a long time repeat buyer, turned into seller in more recent months. I chose Maxsold to sell on because my previous experience as a buyer. The online chat staff has always been extremally helpful, kind and i have had a pleasant experience overall. However.... I just completed my second auction and sadly, I will no longer be using Maxsold as a seller. I am in shock about the about just how much was taken.. If you're going or look to have an auction. do research and look for a different company to go through.

Love this auction platform but having… Love this auction platform but having many complaints about the bidding process bidders are saying that the auction closing time goes too quick and does not give you a chance to bid on multiple items. There should be a 30 second grace period between items

Excellent service from start to finish Excellent service from start to finish. Clear communications. Realistic expectations. Professional at all times. Expert advice on how to put the items in logical lots, and where to break up sets that were too big on their own. Easy to use app to follow the auction. I did not really believe the 96% sell rate but now I am convinced. The process really works. All but one small lot got sold. Many thanks to all involved.
