Legit business with good customer service. They ship what I order, and it arrives either quickly or they contact me and it ships in a reasonable amount of time if it runs out.

I'm sorry to say but it's been 2 weeks… I'm sorry to say but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't gotten my order yet. They say the item is in stock and it should have been shipped out on July 5th but still hasn't came in 2 weeks later. I've known this company for years and they're still slow on their workmanship and taking care of customers correctly.

Great Service We dealt with Joe who helped with our truss order. He connected us with the engineering Dept of the company to make sure we had a well designed stage with no structural risks. The process was quick and efficient. Once ordered, the shipment arrived in just a few days from LA. This differs from our last order from a different company that took several weeks. The pricing was very competitive and we are satisfied with our choice of Farralane as our vendor.
