I had an excellent experience with… I had an excellent experience with Lighting by Gregory during a major home renovation these past few months. My sales rep, Rick Weirich, was always helpful and went out of his way to serve us with advise, unusual orders, helping us figure lighting questions out with our architect and many small details that took what could have been a headache, and made it seamless. I would very highly rate the team at Lighting by Gregory to anyone.

Huh. Special order ??? Received adequate assistance in selecting a light fixture displayed on the floor but not in stock. When paying, I asked return policy and discovered what I was buying was a "special order " and as such not returnable. Crazy that an item featured on the floor is not returnable. I'd understand if it was in a catalog and not on display. Anyway, that argument left me feeling regret about the purchase. Think it's just a bad business practice and should be stopped. While I ultimately was pleased with product I will not return to a store that won't accept returns on items they openly display.

The website errored out during checkout … The website errored out during checkout causing duplicate orders which Gregory didnt acknowledge or act on. Both orders were charged for and later mail (shippimg notifications) indicated the wrong name (wrong name on this review too). Not sure if this is related but the card used was hacked right after ordsring.

The in-store experience was good The in-store experience was good, but the followup experience was inadequate after placing a large order and paying for it up front. Phone calls and emails were hard to get replies to my questions and still haven't received answers to some of them.

Lighting By Gregory is the best! Lighting By Gregory is the best! As a designer who specifies and buys a wide range of lighting and control product, they handle every collection and manufacturer we love to use for our projects. Our salesperson, Ed Silverii is tops when it comes to customer service and his knowledge of product. The shipping department is extremely well managed, so we always know where our merchandise is at anytime.
