AWESOME experience AWESOME experience. Our kitchen light fixture broke and we didn't know where to go to get a replacement. Contacted Lighting By Gregory, which we found online, and Ed Silverii couldn't have been more helpful. He figured out what the original model was and then suggested one that was nearly identical. It arrived to our building the next week and all is well in our kitchen! Thanks Ed!! And thanks Lighting By Gregory! Would highly recommend to anyone in the New York area.

Huh. Special order ??? Received adequate assistance in selecting a light fixture displayed on the floor but not in stock. When paying, I asked return policy and discovered what I was buying was a "special order " and as such not returnable. Crazy that an item featured on the floor is not returnable. I'd understand if it was in a catalog and not on display. Anyway, that argument left me feeling regret about the purchase. Think it's just a bad business practice and should be stopped. While I ultimately was pleased with product I will not return to a store that won't accept returns on items they openly display.

The best lighting store on the Bowery! The best lighting store on the Bowery! We came down from Syracuse to choose lighting for our kitchen. After looking at all the lighting stores in the area, the selection was greatest at Gregory’s and the input and designer sense of the staff was excellent. We have purchased lighting here before. We are always able to find what we want. We had our pendant fixtures shipped. They came in perfect condition, we’ll packed.
