GBunbelievable great experience to work… unbelievable great experience to work with the Lighting by Gregory team. they have such a wonderful approach with the clients. every time we went to the store they were very warm with my wife and with me. the thing we like the most is that the store and the team are not pretentious at all, having of course the best stuff available in the market.

GBThere are many top brands on display … There are many top brands on display and made several trips to look at various lights and manufacturers for different rooms. Ended up ordering a ceiling fan which was a big improvement over my existing fan. A light I saw online turns out they didn't have so ordered online. And got ideas when I'm ready to replace light in dining room. Salesperswas friend Lynn and helpful.

GBHuh. Special order ??? Received adequate assistance in selecting a light fixture displayed on the floor but not in stock. When paying, I asked return policy and discovered what I was buying was a "special order " and as such not returnable. Crazy that an item featured on the floor is not returnable. I'd understand if it was in a catalog and not on display. Anyway, that argument left me feeling regret about the purchase. Think it's just a bad business practice and should be stopped. While I ultimately was pleased with product I will not return to a store that won't accept returns on items they openly display.

GBThe in-store experience was good The in-store experience was good, but the followup experience was inadequate after placing a large order and paying for it up front. Phone calls and emails were hard to get replies to my questions and still haven't received answers to some of them.
