I recently bought 6 puck lights from … I recently bought 6 puck lights from Gregory Lighting. The manufacturer was Edge Lighting. As soon as we installed them, we noticed that the lights emitted light differently. The orb, the color temperature and everything was different between them. After voicing our concerns, GL replaced - first one, then all of them - to ensure that all would shine the same way. I couldn't be happier now. Good customer service! Fast too. Catrin

Problem with delivery I purchased a replacement part for my track lighting to replace a burned out part. I was told that the part will be shipped to my building in a week. No one contacted me when the part was not delivered for a long time. I had to inquire about the delivery by going to the store three times. No one helped me for the first two times. I walked away frustrated. I was not able to get a new estimated time of delivery until the third time. The part was finally delivered over a month after the original estimated date. Other than this very poor experience, I consider Gregory a good store with a large inventory of modern light fixtures. But their service needs improvement.

AWESOME experience AWESOME experience. Our kitchen light fixture broke and we didn't know where to go to get a replacement. Contacted Lighting By Gregory, which we found online, and Ed Silverii couldn't have been more helpful. He figured out what the original model was and then suggested one that was nearly identical. It arrived to our building the next week and all is well in our kitchen! Thanks Ed!! And thanks Lighting By Gregory! Would highly recommend to anyone in the New York area.

unbelievable great experience to work… unbelievable great experience to work with the Lighting by Gregory team. they have such a wonderful approach with the clients. every time we went to the store they were very warm with my wife and with me. the thing we like the most is that the store and the team are not pretentious at all, having of course the best stuff available in the market.
