GBGreat Product, No customer service I love the products and helping the planet. Their customer service needs help. I received 3 broken pumps in my last order and customer service did not contact me after my two emails. Luckily I could purchase them separately this time. I would have given a 5, but for the inability to get the pumps replaced.

GBUseful plastic free products I have been using Blueland products for a number of years now and will continue to do so. I just recently switched to the laundry tablets so I have no opinion yet on that but I have been using the toilet bowl cleaner, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, face soap, hand soap and body soap regularly. I want to give a shout out for the face cleansing soap. I have very sensitive skin and was a bit leery to use the face cleansing product. But, no problems at all! It lasts a very long time so very reasonable price even if you choose not to have a subscription. Blueland's customer service is very helpful. The website is easy to use. I have been very pleased and will continue using Blueland products!

GBBig cleaning in a small package I’ve been purchasing the refill tablets for 3 or 4 years now. I love the fact that I can purchase a years supply of hand soap and it doesn’t take up much space & I'm not constantly throwing away plastic bottles. I love the variety of scents & the cleaning ability.

GBThe customer service here can’t quite… The customer service here can’t quite get it together. The first time I ordered it was such an ordeal to get a spray bottle that worked sent from them. I had to send videos proving my product didn’t work and go back and forth about it and re-contact them over and over. It was ridiculous! Would someone really try to con them out of a spray bottle after spending a ton of $ on their products?? Now, I thought I’ll give them another chance…. Now I ordered $38 in refills and after 3 weeks of not getting I reached out. They now tell me too much time has passed and they can not resend me my order. They said we sent you tracking and confirmation the order was complete. I told them the order was not complete and when you try to click on the tracking it said not found. I’ve clicked and tried to “re-track” over and over and has always said not found so I just thought it was taking a long time to get here. Now they are stealing from me and will not refund or resend my order. I will not order from this company again! What horrible customer service!

GBThe good and the not so good… I love their products but I hate their subscription process. You get no warning when things are about to ship. They just tell you that they are shipping and you can’t cancel them at that point.
