Great products, Bad bottles. They have excellent cleaning products. Here is what I buy and recommend: - Bathroom, mirror, all purpose sprays - love the spray, not the bottles. I had to buy my own reusable bottles after they kept breaking. - Laundry detergent - recommend. But break it in half when you put it in so it dissolves faster. - Dish soap - Recommend - Toilet bowl cleaner - Recommend - Sponges - recommend - Hand soaps - do not recommend. The actual product sinks to the bottom so you get mostly water a lot of the time and because it sucks up so much powder at one time it breaks the dispensers super easily. - Face wash - Recommend. This is my favorite. I wish they had a fragrance free.

love the sprays, but Canadians are out of luck Love the multi purpose spray and bathroom cleaner. It's great to find something that works and use it for life. Sadly, Indigo is all sold out of the tablets so I'm not sure if I can get refills at a reasonable price. Defeats the purpose of switching over. Also too bad that everything else, especially the hand soaps are really hard to find in Canada. Not excited to pay $12 + import charges to get it shipped from their site.

The customer service here can’t quite… The customer service here can’t quite get it together. The first time I ordered it was such an ordeal to get a spray bottle that worked sent from them. I had to send videos proving my product didn’t work and go back and forth about it and re-contact them over and over. It was ridiculous! Would someone really try to con them out of a spray bottle after spending a ton of $ on their products?? Now, I thought I’ll give them another chance…. Now I ordered $38 in refills and after 3 weeks of not getting I reached out. They now tell me too much time has passed and they can not resend me my order. They said we sent you tracking and confirmation the order was complete. I told them the order was not complete and when you try to click on the tracking it said not found. I’ve clicked and tried to “re-track” over and over and has always said not found so I just thought it was taking a long time to get here. Now they are stealing from me and will not refund or resend my order. I will not order from this company again! What horrible customer service!

I'm using their laundry detergent and… I'm using their laundry detergent and the dishing washing detergent and like them both very much. They work as well as any product I've ever used, and I like that there's no plastic to stare at sadly when the lot is done. Unfortunately, we have very hard water, so the dish soap produces no suds. I've been told that the soap cleans just the same and that does seem to be the case. Guess I'm just a suds habitué.

Good soap,mediocre foaming soap dispenser I love the quality of the soaps and other cleaners. I'm disappointed with the glass foaming hand soap dispensers, however. The nozzles don't seem to hold up, and stop functioning well within a year of purchase. Primarily, the nozzle fails to pop back up. Otherwise, I'm happy! Update: appreciate the very fast response from Blueland 😊
