The customer service here can’t quite… The customer service here can’t quite get it together. The first time I ordered it was such an ordeal to get a spray bottle that worked sent from them. I had to send videos proving my product didn’t work and go back and forth about it and re-contact them over and over. It was ridiculous! Would someone really try to con them out of a spray bottle after spending a ton of $ on their products?? Now, I thought I’ll give them another chance…. Now I ordered $38 in refills and after 3 weeks of not getting I reached out. They now tell me too much time has passed and they can not resend me my order. They said we sent you tracking and confirmation the order was complete. I told them the order was not complete and when you try to click on the tracking it said not found. I’ve clicked and tried to “re-track” over and over and has always said not found so I just thought it was taking a long time to get here. Now they are stealing from me and will not refund or resend my order. I will not order from this company again! What horrible customer service!

Their tablets are great! I have never used any of their bottles or soap dispensers. I have my own that I have bought from other brands, so I can't comment on that. I only really buy tablets from Blueland and they have all been pretty great (toilet bowl cleaner, hand soap, multi-surface cleaner and laundry tablets). I haven't used the dishwasher tablets, so not sure about those. I did gift someone for their wedding, the hand soap dispensers and tablets since they have some pretty decorative soap dispensers. They didn't say anything about using the gift, so I can't say what happened with that, but hopefully everything works fine. I also have the metal tins for the laundry, toilet and dishwasher tablets and they all seem to work great as well!

Great products, Bad bottles. They have excellent cleaning products. Here is what I buy and recommend: - Bathroom, mirror, all purpose sprays - love the spray, not the bottles. I had to buy my own reusable bottles after they kept breaking. - Laundry detergent - recommend. But break it in half when you put it in so it dissolves faster. - Dish soap - Recommend - Toilet bowl cleaner - Recommend - Sponges - recommend - Hand soaps - do not recommend. The actual product sinks to the bottom so you get mostly water a lot of the time and because it sucks up so much powder at one time it breaks the dispensers super easily. - Face wash - Recommend. This is my favorite. I wish they had a fragrance free.

I love the handsoap tablets I love the handsoap tablets. They work great, and there are lots of scents to choose from, and I haven't bought a plastic handsoap bottle in 4+ years. I recycle old foaming handsoap bottles from my mom and they work great too. It is important to find the right amount of water to add for your preference. I like a bit thicker foam so I add a bit less water.

Very effective both from a cleaning… Very effective both from a cleaning prospective and from an environmental one. Easy to use and economical as well. Leaves everything smell8ng clean and fresh.
