love the sprays, but Canadians are out of luck Love the multi purpose spray and bathroom cleaner. It's great to find something that works and use it for life. Sadly, Indigo is all sold out of the tablets so I'm not sure if I can get refills at a reasonable price. Defeats the purpose of switching over. Also too bad that everything else, especially the hand soaps are really hard to find in Canada. Not excited to pay $12 + import charges to get it shipped from their site.

Great Product, No customer service I love the products and helping the planet. Their customer service needs help. I received 3 broken pumps in my last order and customer service did not contact me after my two emails. Luckily I could purchase them separately this time. I would have given a 5, but for the inability to get the pumps replaced.

The good and the not so good… I love their products but I hate their subscription process. You get no warning when things are about to ship. They just tell you that they are shipping and you can’t cancel them at that point.

Big cleaning in a small package I’ve been purchasing the refill tablets for 3 or 4 years now. I love the fact that I can purchase a years supply of hand soap and it doesn’t take up much space & I'm not constantly throwing away plastic bottles. I love the variety of scents & the cleaning ability.

Great products, Bad bottles. They have excellent cleaning products. Here is what I buy and recommend: - Bathroom, mirror, all purpose sprays - love the spray, not the bottles. I had to buy my own reusable bottles after they kept breaking. - Laundry detergent - recommend. But break it in half when you put it in so it dissolves faster. - Dish soap - Recommend - Toilet bowl cleaner - Recommend - Sponges - recommend - Hand soaps - do not recommend. The actual product sinks to the bottom so you get mostly water a lot of the time and because it sucks up so much powder at one time it breaks the dispensers super easily. - Face wash - Recommend. This is my favorite. I wish they had a fragrance free.
