Good customer service The item I received matched the picture but wasn’t to the expected standard. As I needed the piece I kept it but didn’t contact VidaXL, however, I left a review on Trustpilot. Immediately on seeing the review, VidaXL contacted me to resolve the issue which was really great customer service!

I saw many bad reviews for this site I saw many bad reviews for this site, I personally had no bad experience with them, ordered a 60cm snowplow (they had the lowest price) which came right on time as requested, thank you.

Thumbs (and the pergola) up! The description of the item was fine, the ordered pergola arrived quickly, the shipping was free and the quality of the product was adequate for the price. All the necessary parts were in the package, the painted parts were ok and the result looks solid. Moreover, nobody offers a similar pergola on the market.

Customer service is awesome Customer service is awesome! They helped me with everything I needed! They are exceptional! Thank you!
