Timely delivery, but missing a piece we thought was coming We got what we ordered in a timely manner. Wish there was more info as to the parts that come with it though. This model was missing a piece that we had received on previous versions of the pool and when I tried to inquire via chat, I never got an agent and gave up after 15 minutes of waiting.

Good price and Customer Service Good price and Customer Service cleared up some confusion about the shipment.

As advertised I was a little nervous ordering from Lucaneo since I was not familiar with them and the price was extremely low but package shipped and arrived as promised. Super happy and will definitely buy from them again.

Pool filter arrived in a few days Pool filter arrived in a few days. I had not used Lucaneo before and was a little concerned because the price was significantly lower, but they came through as advertised.

The order came quickly The order came quickly. I actually ordered this item to raffle so I have not opened it. There were a few dings/rips in the box but looked like it was a box within a box so hopping all is well when our winner of the raffle opens it up.
