LOVE Aarke Speedy response from customer service on a recent question. Appreciate that. We've owned the Aarke Sodastream for over 3 years and absolutely LOVE it. The CO2 canister exchange is the way to go.

I emailed about by soda maker leaking… The soda maker was great for 11 months. One day a tiny round ring felt from the area where bottle top is screwed. Gas started leaking. I emailed AARKE about my soda maker leaking gas because of a part. I was requested to send serial number and proof of purchase. I emailed requested information. I never heard back from them. Horrible support service. I bought a different brand of soda stream. I keep using their carbonator cylinder. Their exchange program has been for now excellent and very convenient

Address Change 6/23 I moved last June 1, 2023 I enjoyed a water filter system installed in the home osmosis. Moved to West Hartford, CT into a community for Seniors, the building is old and I've wanted a water filter system. I found AARKE and it being Glass and Stainless, I was interested. Have been very happy with it and finding it very good for my Tea & just plain drinking water.

Nice product, poor completenesd Good product, did not ship with gas canister very cheap for such an expensive item. Supply chain issues aside, not having a second glass bottle is very problematic.
