GBLOVE Aarke Speedy response from customer service on a recent question. Appreciate that. We've owned the Aarke Sodastream for over 3 years and absolutely LOVE it. The CO2 canister exchange is the way to go.

GBI emailed about by soda maker leaking… The soda maker was great for 11 months. One day a tiny round ring felt from the area where bottle top is screwed. Gas started leaking. I emailed AARKE about my soda maker leaking gas because of a part. I was requested to send serial number and proof of purchase. I emailed requested information. I never heard back from them. Horrible support service. I bought a different brand of soda stream. I keep using their carbonator cylinder. Their exchange program has been for now excellent and very convenient
