GBNot so great.. 1. Buying on MadeTrade cost me more than ordering directly from the vendor, 2. MadeTrade did not provide the reusable pouch which the vendor provides with all their products, and 3. The scarf arrived with a terrible odor which I had to deal with my entire 10-day international travels (perfume couldn’t cover up the smell).

DEThe best site for ethical shopping! I was looking for sustainably made pants and landed on this site. There were so many options and other products! All are carefully vetted for ethical standards so I can shop with my values. The site is easy to navigate and beautiful too. I ended up ordering the Oulu Super Long Linen Pants and the Ella Linen Pinafore Top - it's now my favorite outfit. Highly recommend for conscious shopping!

PRI ordered two items. One never got here; the other one was not what we ordered. They were kind in the email communication, but I ordered two items, one never arrived and the other one arrived one month later and it didn't fit the description of the item, so we returned it. They were either "handcrafting it", or "the U.S. Post Office returned the package" because of an insufficient address when I had given them my correct address and it was clear in the order receipt email, or the package "is delayed" again, or "we're keeping a close eye on the tracking." In this same address, I frequently receive the items I purchase online from other sellers, and I've never had a problem with a returned item or a delayed item this long. They refunded one of the orders quickly, but after 30 days of not receiving the second order and asking for a refund THREE TIMES, I had to let them know I was opening a dispute in PayPal and filing a complaint in the Bureau of Consumer Affairs and also following the guidelines of the Federal Trade Commission for this matter. Then they issued the second refund. Sadly, I will not purchase again from this seller. As evidence for what happened, I have the emails exchanged between the seller and myself. When the second item arrived, we opened it carefully. It didn't fit the description nor it matched the answers to further questions we asked about the item, which we had received from Made Trade and had made us decide tu purchase it. I am too disappointed to trust in them again.
