When I finally received all the lights are faulty and smoke when charging!! Now they don't even work. 'Irene' not providing a refund so far... Do not purchase from here

SEThis table lamp is an absolute… This table lamp is an absolute disaster. It's a complete waste of space and electricity. Not only does it fail to emit any light, the chargingport was missing. The quality is below poor. Would not recommend to anyone.

CA30 day return/refund policy is a LIE! They offer a 30 day refund policy and their customer service representative “Irene” will not give me the return address info. She has gone back and fourth with me for 6 days, telling me how expensive it is to return ship. Only offering me a refund of $18usd when I paid $200. I don’t care about the shipping costs, that’s my problem. I WANT TO RETURN A PORTION OF MY ORDER AND I WANT MY REFUND! This company avoids the policy that they offer and are stealing from their customers by not offering the return address, and avoiding the point here!!!! Do not buy from this company if you hope to return! They are scammers!

GBExtended Period of Time But Issue Finally Resolved I ordered two lamps from them last month and both arrived in good working order and appeared as described. I liked them so I ordered two more. The two that arrived next were damaged and defective. One was smashed and the other would not turn on. I reached out to Emptyoo twice via email and Facebook and they have not responded. They have no phone number listed on their website. Update 1/23/2023 This company is evidently a scam. I've sent them emails and posted on their Facebook page requesting assistance for defective and damaged merchandise they sent me. I've received no response other than someone who responded to my message on Facebook messenger dismissing me and telling me to email customer service I advised them I've sent three messages to that email address and I've been ignored. They never responded again. Their website does not list a phone number and I contacted them within the business hours they have listed on their website but received no response. I know someone there is seeing my messages because someone there has deleted all of my comments on their Facebook page outlining the situation and asking for help. Updated 02/09/2023 I was finally able to reach Irene at Emptyoo. She asked me to pay $10.00 to ship two more lamps. I received them today and both are in working condition and neither are damaged. It was an ordeal but in the end I'm happy with the product.
