4 Strip Cool White LED Kit I purchased the 4 Strip Cool White LED Kit, and they look absolutely great!! Fast delivery as well. The only reason for the 3 star is that I didn't have a great customer service experience. I sent an email inquiry, and it took almost a week to respond. They're email reply didn't even fully answer my question. Otherwise, the product looks great.

Amazing lights! Great Value! Great Service I am a General Contractor. Iv'e been buying those LED lighting for them for all the kitchens I do (on average one a month) for under cabinet lighting. My clients LOVES them. Also using them for bathroom vanities for tow kick night light or just for mood swing. Very easy to install and operate. I actually glue them with hot glue gun, much faster. I don't know what happened to their… I don't know what happened to their used to be quality made led lights. now it's not that durable. I ordered a 10 meter strip for my living room a week ago and now, they're not even working.

Great product, amazing customer service. Had bought some strip kits in past, but this time I wanted to try flex kit w/ accessories for my kitchen. Mike from bar lighting called me to advise me the order didn't make sense and wanted me to get the correct parts for the job. We spent more than 30 min on phone, sent pics so he could help design the job. I'm an electrician and have never had that kind of personal attention to detail from suppliers.

Good products, bad service Their LED products are very good and shipping is pretty quick. But the level of customer service is not the same. Two times I order multiple items and found out there were items missing when I received them. I emailed them 3 separate times but never received a response. I've tried to email directly to them using their email address and emailing through their website. I'm not sure if they're not getting my emails or having some sort of filters blocking incoming emails. Seems like calling them is the only way to correct any problems.
