I do not know why people get mad at… I do not know why people get mad at their products, as for me all is fine completely and totally, I hope we can order again from them entirely and absolutely. My new LED lamps works absolutely as best as my old ones, so maybe it was bad series of them.

4 Strip Cool White LED Kit I purchased the 4 Strip Cool White LED Kit, and they look absolutely great!! Fast delivery as well. The only reason for the 3 star is that I didn't have a great customer service experience. I sent an email inquiry, and it took almost a week to respond. They're email reply didn't even fully answer my question. Otherwise, the product looks great.

I don't know what happened to their… I don't know what happened to their used to be quality made led lights. now it's not that durable. I ordered a 10 meter strip for my living room a week ago and now, they're not even working.
