Terrible customer service Placed an order on 2/28. Received an email saying that the order was received. Here it is 3/21 and I still have not heard anything about a shipment or tracking or anything. I've emailed twice and will call today but from other reviews, I'm guessing that won't be very productive either as it doesn't seem like they answer their phone. I'd order elsewhere if I were you.

Great product. Bad customer service I ordered 3 color flex strip lights and 1 rigid 4 LED strip cool white lights. 2 weeks later i only received 1 color kit and the rigid cool white kit. The lights work great and have used their light kits before on other projects and find them to be great. I attempted to contact them via email and phone with no response. If they had at least contacted me to let me know some of my items were on back order i would have given them a 5 star review but after 2 weeks of waiting for the product and only getting half of what i ordered and no notification of any issues or responding to my contacts is unacceptable. I hope they can resolve this and make it right.

Outside lighting strip This is he second 39' long flexible lighting strip I have purchased. It works well - otherwise I would not have bought a second one. However, the control module, - not the power module, has been redesigned. The prior one gave all appearances of being weather proof and has held up. The new one has open wiring and does not appear to have been designed for installation outside.
