GBI'd give 0 stars if I could. I'd give 0 stars if I could. We ordered $650 worth of lights to do a residential project. Mike was very helpful getting stuff out to us in a timely manner. We recieved parts that were malfunctioning. I called & emailed the company around 30 times with one call back to get replacements coming. I missed that call, & continued to call & email with no effort from the company to return my calls. I went ahead & ordered the replacements because we needed to finish the job. As you can guess, I emailed wondering a date of arrival for our new merchandise & haven't received any response in a week. The funny part, the company had no problem running my credit card immediately after I placed the order. Very disappointed with their customer service.

GBGreat product, amazing customer service. Had bought some strip kits in past, but this time I wanted to try flex kit w/ accessories for my kitchen. Mike from bar lighting called me to advise me the order didn't make sense and wanted me to get the correct parts for the job. We spent more than 30 min on phone, sent pics so he could help design the job. I'm an electrician and have never had that kind of personal attention to detail from suppliers.

GBGood lights, but your mileage may vary on the adhesive strips. The lighting strips themselves appear to be nicely constructed and give out some good light. However, the adhesive strips you use to mount them to the back of your TV either require more surface area than some TVs will provide, or just aren't fond of some TV back-plate material (Samsung 65" Plasma). Not even a day later and they are hanging off.

GBCould be alot better, if they return. As of this review the website has been taken offline. Like others before me I had tried calling but to no avail. Surprisingly they did finally ship my item after almost a month of waiting. The led kit is pretty damn nice and I'm glad I ordered it but their customer service and shipping speed definitely need some work but with the website offline it seems that they might be gone. Should this company return I really hope they fix these issues and that everyone who did order from them recently get their items.

GBGood products, bad service Their LED products are very good and shipping is pretty quick. But the level of customer service is not the same. Two times I order multiple items and found out there were items missing when I received them. I emailed them 3 separate times but never received a response. I've tried to email directly to them using their email address and emailing through their website. I'm not sure if they're not getting my emails or having some sort of filters blocking incoming emails. Seems like calling them is the only way to correct any problems.
